She married Rudolph Wilhelm Scholz in 1912 in Burra, South Australia, Australia ^[2][3] and their children were Roy Arthur Scholz, Reta May Scholz, Vonda Muriel (Scholz) Rose and Olga Kathleen (Scholz) Stone.

Eva died on 17 March 1970 in Angaston, South Australia, Australia ^[4] and was buried in the Angaston Cemetery, Angaston Road, Angaston, South Australia, Australia
