Clifford Irwin Clark was born on 22 November 1896[1][2] in St. Louis, Missouri.[3] He married Nina Lorraine Leech on 1 September 1917 in Davidson County, Tennessee.[4]
He was a staff sergeant in World War I[5] and World War II.[6][7] He was a member of the 1507th Engineer Company.[8]
He died on 27 October 1970 and was buried in Memphis National Cemetery on 30 October 1970.[9]
