Biography
Arthur was born on August 26, 1897 in Des Moines, Iowa to Clarence and Lillian May (Matthews) Clark. He served as a private in the Michigan 1Cl 82 Field Artillery during World War I. He died on March 4, 1941 at the age of 43 and was buried in Cope Cemetery in Cope, Colorado.
