Biography

Anna Mabel Clark was born on the 26th of September 1883 in Ludlow, Massachusetts.^[1] She was the youngest daughter of Gilbert William Clark (1837-1922) and Ellen Maria (Taylor) Clark (1842-1903).

Anna married Frank Irving Sawyer (1879-1947) on the 3rd of January 1907 in Springfield, Massachasetts.^[2] They had one son who died in infancy.

1. Roland F Sawyer (1924-1924).

They spent the first fifteen to twenty years of their marriage in Ludlow, Massachusetts.^[3][4] By the 1930s they had moved to Springfield, Massachusetts.^[5] And in their latter years together they could be found in West Brookfield, Massachusetts where several of her Clark family members had also moved.^[6]

Anna passed away on the 13 April 1958 in West Brookfield, Massachusetts.^[7] She was buried in Fairview Cemetery in Chicopee, Massachusetts with her spouse and son.^[7]
