• Marriage: registration not found, probably early 1840s. [Francis' indent indicated he was married, no children, when transported (NSW State Archives, Reel 907). There is a marriage record: Francis Finch married Sarah Holmes in Norwich St Mary Coslany on 12 October 1833]. Mary is described as ...my dear friend Mary Clark with whom I now cohabit ... in Frank Finch's will.
