Clendenan, John 3rd NC Regiment 1777 1780 Was an Ensign. 6/18/1777, a 2nd Lieutenant. 12/23/1777, a 1st Lieutenant. A QM on 12/14/1779. 1781, a Captain of NC Militia. aka John Clendenin, John Clendennen, John Clandennan. BLWt1803-300. [1]
