== Biography ==
Albert/Alfred was born about 1850 in Duloe, Cornwall. His early years are spent in his home county before he moves to London as a young man.
Albert worked as a commercial traveller (soft goods), which explains the different locations he is found in the censuses (Bristol in 1881).
He marries Annie Jane Cottrell in 1889 and they live in West Ham. Unfortunately the marriage does not last long and they divorce in the mid-1890s.
In both the 1901 and 1911 censuses Albert is living with a 'housekeeper', Ada Louise Stedall, who was the widow of Thomas RT Stedall. Thomas was the nephew of Hannah Stedall (Stedall-4). Whether this is a coincidence or not is unknown.
He passes away in 1922 and is buried in Erith, Greater London.
