Biography

John Clune was born about 1840 at Quin, County Clare, Ireland. He was the son of James Clune.^[1]

He married Bridget Walsh from Kilkishen. They made their home at Quin, County Clare where they raised a family of ten or eleven children.^[2]

John Clune of Quin was a carpenter when his son Cornelius was born in 1893.^[3]
