Biography
Margaret Coates was born on 28 Feb 1861 in Coates Mills, Kent County, New Brunswick, Canada, daughter of Tyle Coates (1818 - 1891).
Her brother was Joseph Coates (1854 - 1920).
Margaret married John Abrams Stiles (born in Stilesville, Westmorland County, New Brunswick on 31 Aug 1860; died in Stilesville on 18 Aug 1941), son of Nathan Stiles and Sarah Ann Abrams, in 1882.
Margaret died on 25 Dec 1925 in Stilesville aged 64. She is buried in Stilesville Cemetery, Stilesville.
Daughter of Tyle Coates and Margaret Price, Margaret Price Coates grave has yet to be found but is thought she is in the same cemetery with her husband.
