Biography

Phyllis was born in 1917. She was the daughter of George and Lucy (Antill) Coates.^[1]

In the 1931 census Phyllis (age 13) was the daughter of George Earnest Coates in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Canada.^[2]

She married Fred Blackwell in 1947.^[3]

Phyllis died in 1997.^[4][5]
