Biography
Rhoda was born in 1857 in Indiana. She is the daughter of Isaac Coen and Rachel Sayers.[1][2][3] She married Wilbur Kerr on 9 Mar 1891 in Fountain Co., Indiana.[4] They did not have any children.[5] Celestia died in 1911.[6]
