JAMES COLLIER was born about 1490 of Stonne, Ardennes, Champagne-Ardenne, France, to Robert Collier (1453-1522) and Isabella Doddington (1460-1548.) He married Isabella Mary Leveson about 1514 of Stone, Staffordshire, England.

James Collier died 30 March 1548 Stone, Buckinghamshire, England, age 58.

James married a daughter of Levison, of Wolverhampton in Staffordshire, and had the following children:
