Barbara Coningsby[1] (b. 15 APR 1677 Hampton Court).[2]
Barbara Coningsby (b. 1677), is the second dau. of:[3]
Thomas Coningsby of Hampton Court, co. Herefs,[3][4]
and Barbara (b. 1697; bur. 04 Nov 1697 Hop par), dau. of Ferdinando Gorges of London, merchant.[4]
According to Rogers (2011), it was previously thought that Thomas Coningsby & Barbara divorced before his second marriage. This alleged divorce is cited by Sedgwick (1970),[5] but Rogers (2011), states that this is incorrect, and that Barbara Gorges died in 1697.[6]
Marriage
Barbara's husband was George Eyre (d. 1711) of Eyrecourt Castle in co. Galway, Ireland. Their wedding was held at St. Martin in the Fields on 08 March 1702.[3][7]
