Elizabeth (Cook) Franklin was born in Goochland, Virginia to William Cook and Ann (Nelson) Cook on 16 June 1787. ^[1] She married Edward Franklin in Charlotte, Virginia on 16 June 1803.^[2] Their son, John Franklin, was born in xxxxxxxx in 1804. ^[3]
