Priscilla Cook Cotterill was born in 1895 [1] in Warrington, Lancashire, England, the daughter of Joseph Cotterill and Caroline (Cook) Cotterill.[2]
In 1911 she was living with her parents and 2 sisters on Wilderspool Causeway, Latchford, Cheshire on the outskirts of Warrington. Her father was a gate keeper. [2]
