Charles D. Craft was born in Jan. 1865 in Herrick Township, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania.[1]
He was a farm laborer when he appeared on the census of 11 June 1880 in the home of his aunt and uncle at Gibson Township, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania.[2]
He married Bertha Empet,[1] daughter of of John and Marion (Denney) Empet, about 1893.
He was a carpenter when he and Bertha appeared on the census of 11 June 1900 at Carbondale, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.[3] He was a house carpenter when he and Berthan appeared on the census of 30 April 1910 at Carbondale, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.[4]
