Evelynn was born 3 Dec 1902 in Caddo, Blue, Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory[2][3], the daughter of John Crutchfield and Gertrude Thompson. Evelynn passed away 14 Nov 1956 in Sherman, Grayson, Texas. She is buried at the Highland Cemetery, Durant, Bryan County, Oklahoma.[4]
