Abraham Lincoln Cummings was born at Livermore, Maine, about July 1869, the son of Millett Cummings and Martha Jane (Merrill) Cummings. In the 1870 Census, enumerated on 7 Jun 1870, he was shown as Abraham Cummings in the household of Millett and Mary J. Cummings at Livermore at the age of 11 months,[1] and in the 1880 Census he was shown as their son Lincoln Cummings, living at Livermore at the age of 10.[2]
