Joseph Cummins was born about 1833 in Pennsylvania, United States, son of David Cummins (~1796–~1875) and Margaret (McKnight) Cummins (~1793–~1856).[1]
Joseph died on 1 May 1895 in Indiana, Indiana, Pennsylvania, United States, aged about 61. He was buried in Oakland Cemetery and Mausoleum, Indiana, Indiana County, Pennsylvania.[1]
Joseph married Margaret (Shields) Cummins (born about 1824 in Indiana, Pennsylvania, United States) in 1861. Their known children were:
