Biography
Ann was born on 11 February 1947 to parents John Henry Cummins and Catherine Joan (Lodge) Cummins in at Heathfield House in Hansworth, Birmingham, United Kingdom.
She came to the United States in June of 1967.
She married her first husband Kenneth J Stock in April of 1969 and they divorced in 1971.
She then married her second husband Fred Matz in March of 1972. They had 2 children, twins Sean and Rebecca on 15 December 1975. Her and Fred divorced in April of 1989.
She then married Michael Edmund Gillen sometime after 1989.
She died on 12 November 2018 in Orange Park, Florida of stage 4 Lung Cancer.
