Biography

Abraham was born in Albury Surrey in 1851. He is the son of Charles Cumper and Ann Atfield. Abraham was christened in Shere Surrey on 27 July 1851.

In various census forms, Abraham declared his occupation to be bricklayers' labourer, bricklayer and finally a builder.

On 25 November 1871 in Albury, Abraham married Mary Ann Renaut. As confirmed by the 1911 census, the couple would become the parents of 9 children who were born between the years of 1872 and 1892. Sadly, 3 of those children died prior to 1900.

Abraham passed away in Guildford Surrey in 1925 at age 74.
