Biography
Grania Bryde Curran was the daughter of Captain Walter Hilton Curran. She married Lt.-Col. Robert Lifford Valentine ffrench Blake, son of Major St. John Lucius O'Brien Acheson ffrench Blake and Doris Kathleen Tweedie, on 11 July 1939. They had two sons.
She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Cornwall in 1952.
Sources indicate she predeceased her husband, who died in 2004.
