Biography
Cyril was born in 1905 in Ukraine. He was the son of Wasyl Dacko and his wife Anna Zachowaiko.
In July 1957, he was made corporate agent and trustee of the newly established Ukrainian War Historical Institute in USA, organized to analyze military and educational publications related to the struggle of the Ukrainian peoples against oppression, the results of which would be shred with the United States government.[1]
He passed away in 1965.
