Beverly was born in 1933. She was the daughter of Robert Daily and Helen Slagle. She passed away in 2014.

Beverly Jean Thompson, 80, of Kimball, Neb., died March 6 at Kimball County Manor.
Beverly was born Nov. 9, 1933, in Scottsbluff, Neb., to Burris and Helen (Slagle) Daily. She began school in Huntley and graduated from Gering High School in Gering, Neb., in 1951. She married Donald "Jack" Thompson on May 11, 1951, and they had one daughter, Lana, born Sept. 1, 1953. She is survived by her husband, Jack of Kimball; stepmother, Reba Daily of Mitchell, Neb.; granddaughters, Alena Schaeffer and Jenifer Kolstad, both of Colorado; great-granddaughters, Abbey and Skylar Schaeffer, and Sophia Kolstad, all of Colorado; son-in-law, Steve Sillin of Colorado; half sisters, Peggy (Virgil) Jackson of Chugwater, Carol (Sherman) Lenhart of Gering and Linda (Rich) Tilton of Minatare, Neb.; half brother, Bob (Judy) Daily of Torrington; stepsister-in-law, Judy Lissman of Cheyenne; and aunts, Lois Harder of Gering, and Gerry Sayre of Mitchell.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Lana in 2012; infant half brother, Mike Daily; half brother, Chuck Daily; stepsister, Janice Lissman; and stepbrother, Gary Lissman.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. today at St. Hilda's Episcopal Church in Kimball with Pastor Christine Plantz officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Scottsbluff after the services.
Friends can leave condolences and view the obituary at www.cantrellfh.com. Memorials have been established to Kimball County Manor or Prairie Haven Hospice. The services for Beverly have been entrusted to Cantrell Funeral Home.
