Margaret (Devine) Whiteley was born in Ireland.

Margaret Devine was born about 1832. Margaret was the daughter of Bernard Devine and Mary Ann (unknown maiden name). They immigrated to the United States in 1846, sailing on the Patrick Henry and arriving in New York November 20, 1846.^[1]

Margaret Devine married Richard Henry Whitely. They lived in Georgia, USA,^[2][3][4]

In 1877 they moved to Boulder, Colorado.^[5]

Margaret died in 1913. She was buried in Columbia Cemetery in Boulder, Boulder County, Colorado, USA.^[6]
