She and her husband emigrated from England to New Zealand, departing on 10 October 1874 on the ship Warwick. They arrived into Auckland on 2 February 1875.[3]
They appear to have had no children.
Her husband passed away in 1927.
Edith passed away in 1936 at the age of 91.
