Barbara Elisabeth was born on 3.May 1795 morning between 10 and 11 o'clock in Breitenbach am Herzberg as a daughter of Dietrich Dörbecker and his wife Anna Margretha nee Reuber. She was baptized ibidem on 5.May 1795. Her godmother was Barbara Elisabeth, widow of Andreas Post.[1]
