Caroline (25) married George Grainger Weston (26) (born on November 12, 1923 in Toronto, York, Ontario, Canada; son of Willard Garfield Weston and Reta Lila (Howard) Weston) on February 15, 1950 in Beaulieu, Hampshire, England, United Kingdom.^[2][3] They had five children.

Caroline died on April 4, 2017 in New Braunfels, Comal, Texas, United States, aged 92.^[4] She was buried at Weston Ranch Cemetery, Marion, Gaudalupe County, Texas, United States.^[5]
