Biography

Francesco was born in 1860 to Leonardo Drago and Rosa Digiovanna ^[1]. In 1883 at age 23, he married 20-year-old Antonina Triolo of Montevago ^[2]. The marriage record says that Francesco was a sharecropper farmer.

Francesco was named for his paternal grandfather, Francesco Drago. He had at least one older brother who had been given the same name.
