Biography
Phyllis was born about 1915. She is the daughter of Eli Driscoll and Annie Benson. She was 6 years old when she was listed with her parents on the 1921 census in St John's, Newfoundland. [1]
Phyllis and her parents immigrated to USA in 1923. They were living in Allegheny, Pennsylvania, United States in 1930. [2] and 1940 [3] in Allegheny, Pennsylvania.
Phyllis married William D Frantz on May 9, 1941. [4] They were listed on the 1950 census in Baldwin, Allegheny, Pennsylvania with 2 children.[5]
Phyllis passed away in Cumberland, Pennsylvania on 14 May 2008. [6]
