Marguerite was born in Saint-Charles, Richelieu, Lower Canada on 26 August 1825, daughter of Augustin André Marie Dubreuil and Marie Jeanne Fleurant. She was baptized the next day at Saint-Jean-Baptiste-de-Rouville. [1]
