Marguerite de Durfort was the daughter of Symphorien de Durfort and Barbe Cauchon de Maupas. She first married Philippe de Belleville and later married Leonor Chabot, baron de Jarnac, only son of Guy Chabot and Louise de Pisseleu. She is presumed to have died before 11 March 1571, the date on which Guy married Marie-Claude de Rochechouart.[1]
