Elisabeth Dustin was the daughter of John Dustin and Mercy Morse, born the second of 13 children 11 August 1740 in Haverhill, Essex, Massachusetts Bay Colony. [1]
She was the great granddaughter of the famous Hannah Dustin who escaped from the Indians by killing her captors. [2]
