Biography
David William Dyer was a United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He was appointed by JF Kennedy. The David W. Dyer Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse is named for him.
