Emma was the daughter of Henry Dyke, a lawyer.
Emma married Joseph James Treeby in 1873.[1] Together they had nine children.
Emma immigrated to Australia, with her husband and their two young children, on board the Mangalore. The ship departed London on the 25 November 1846 and arrived in South Australia on 16 March 1877.[2]
