Daphne was born in 1919. She was the daughter of Alfred Eades and Eliza Le Cmte. Daphne married in 1939 to Bryan Allison Handcock. She passed away in 2008 at the age of 89 years old and buried in Aramoho Cemetery, Cremation, Manawatu-Whanganui, New Zealand.
