Biography

Austin Edinburgh was born about 1809 in Heckington, Lincolnshire, England the son of Gabriel Edinburgh and Elizabeth. He was baptised in the same place on 1 December 1809^[1].

Austin Edinburgh married Pamela Barnett at Heckington on the 11 April 1836 ^[2].

Austin died in 1870 at Heckington and was buried there on the 24 December 1870 aged 62^[3].

In this census Pamela is shown as the wife of Austin Edinboro and with her first three children William, Mary and Sarah. The last child Sarah is only a week old and Mary Barnatt, Pamelas mother seems to have temporarily moved from her household to act as a nurse.
