William Edwards was born to William Edwards and Dorathy Jonson in 1656 and was Baptised on the 05 Apr 1656 in Burbage, Wiltshire, England.[1]
William was described as deceased in the will of his father, written in 1698, which also named four children to William: William, Bridgett, Martha and Dorithy.[2]

Little cottage, curtilage, garden and Little close of meadow (1r.) lying in Burbage. These premises had been mortgaged 19 November 1709, by demise for 500 years, by Thomas Edwards, deceased, to William Pye, deceased. Now (2) by direction of (1), conveys to (3), 21 Oct 1723, 9/6/407, Wiltshire and Swindon Archives (original not seen).
