Biography

August Henry Eggeling was born on 8 Apr 1855 in Salzgitter, Goslar, Hanover, Prussia, Germany, son of Ludwig Conrad Eggeling (~1819 - 1876).[1]

His sister was Karolina (Eggeling) Cuttance (~1859 - 1889). August's son was Charles Peter Eggeling (1898 - 1995).

August died on 15 Dec 1937 in Okuru, Westland, New Zealand aged 82.[2][3]
