Stewart Eric ELLIS was born on 2 June 1906 in Bundarra, New South Wales, Australia^[1]. He is the son of William J ELLIS and Emily A (possibly MORGAN).

Whip's Daughter Wed Yesterday

DAUGHTER of the New South Wales Government Whip, of the Legislative Council (Mr. Mahoney), Miss Helen Theresa Mahoney, was married to Mr. Stewart Eric Ellis, yesterday, at St. Augustine's Church, Balmain. The Rev. Father Boyle officiated.

The bride is the younger daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. Mahoney, of Balmain, and the bridegroom is the second son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Ellis, of Bondi.

A classical frock of white lace over taffeta, and a white tulle veil held by hyacinths to match her bouquet, were worn by the bride.

Mrs. J. Hamilton was matron of honor, and Miss Dorothy Adams was bridesmaid. They wore old-world frocks of green lace, trimmed with velvet ribbons,

The flower-girl Margaret Abbott, was dressed in pink and blue lace.

Mr. Joe Grounds was best man, and Mr. Jack Adams groomsman.

He passed away on 16 March 1975 in Balmain, New South Wales, Australia^[4][5] and was buried at the Field of Mars Cemetery, East Ryde^[6].
