Biography

Sally Scott Eoff was born 7 July 1805 in Pulaski County, Kentucky. [1] She was a daughter of John Eoff and Martha Jane Higgins. She married Isaac Lincoln Taylor 22 September 1824 in Pulaski County, Kentucky. [2] [3] [4] She passed away 23 April 1900 in, Pulaski County, Kentucky. She was interred in Vanhook-Higgins Cemetery, Pulaski County, Kentucky. [1]

It appears that a marriage license appeared from the clerk's office of the Pulaski County Court for the marriage of Isaac Taylor & Sally Eoff and which upon said marriage license is therein an endorsement in these words , to wit.
