It appears that a marriage license appeared from the clerk's office of the Pulaski County Court for the marriage of Isaac Taylor & Sally Eoff and which upon said marriage license is therein an endorsement in these words , to wit. September 22 - 1824 this day the right was celebrated between Isaac Taylor and Sally Eoff by Richard Barnes."
