Khalil Khan Esfandiyâri-Baxtiyâri had a brother called Soltan Morad (later Montazem-Dolleh).
He married Eva Karl. One of their children was Princess Soraya, who was the second wife of the Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, the last Shah of Iran.
He was buried at the Westfriedhof in München, Germany, in the same grave as his wife and his children Soraya and Bijan.[1]
