Elizabeth was born in 1697 in Derbyshire, England. She was the daughter of Joseph Eyre and Elizabetha Bowler. On 26 Feb 1720 she married Richard Burgon. They had 5 children, 1 daughter and 4 sons. They remained in Hope, Derbyshire throughout their lives. It is here she passed away in 1774. She was buried on 18 Apr 1774 but the location is unknown.
