Biography

Josephine was born about 1912 in Minnesota, United States. She was the daughter of James and Nellie (Allen) Fairbanks.^[1]

In 1920, Josephine was living with her parents in her maternal grandmother's home in Saint Paul, Ramsey, Minnesota. Josephine's younger brother, James (6) and younger sister, Deloris (3 1/2) were in the household. There were also two aunts, an uncle, and a cousin living in the home. Josephine's father was working as a Salesman.^[1]
