Biography
Julie was born in 1837, the daughter of Charles Faubert.
She was baptized in St-Clément, Beauharnois, on May 7, 1837. The entry in the parish register reads:
- Le sept de mai mil huit cent trente sept nous prêtre curé soussigné avons baptisé Julie née le cinq du courant de légitime mariage de Charles Faubert, cultivateur... et de Flavie Lerault; le parrain a ete Guillaume Laberge et la marraine Gaë Blondin qui n'ont pas signer non plus que le pere present.
Julie died in 1910. The parish priest recorded her burial in the parish register:
- This first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and ten, we, the undersigned priest, blessed the remains of Julie Faubert, relict of the late Cyrille Fortier, who died on the thirtieth day of May aged seventy-three years. The body was taken to the cemetery and buried in the presence of Joseph and Cyrille Fortier.
