Norma was born about 1912. She was the daughter of Isaac Feltenstein and Rae Unknown. She died in 1988.

Takoma Park, Md. - Norma Feltenstein Cohen, 77, Takoma Park, died Monday evening, Oct. 17, 1988, at a hospital here.

She was born in St. Joseph and later lived in St. Joseph from 1983 to 1988. From 1934 to 1983, she lived in Takoma Park since February 1988.

She was a member of the St. Joseph Symphony Orchestra and was a 30-member of the Tulsa Symphony Orchestra.

Mrs. Cohen was preceded in death by her husband, Rubin Cohen, who died in Tulsa in 1975.

She was a member of the Temple Israel of Tulsa, the Temple Adath Joseph of St. Joseph.

She wa a member of the Musicians Union in Tulsa and St. Joseph.

Surviving: two sons Dr. Joel I., Takoma Park, and Ronald J., Chicago, Ill.; a sister Eleanor Rosenthal, St. Joseph; two grandchildren; a nephew; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
