Biography
Thomas werd geboren in Haarlem in 1841[1]. Hij was een zoon van Hendrik Figee en Henderica Catharina Vermeer.
Net als zijn broer Hendrik ging hij bij de machinefabriek van zijn vader werken. Later kreeg hij de leiding van een eigen onderdeel voor de bouw van baggermolens[2]. Intussen was hij in 1868 getrouwd met Cornelia Margaretha van der Linden[3]
Hij overleed in 1897 in een huis aan het Ripperdapark in Haarlem[4].
