Wanborough was born in Norwood, South Australia during 1867. He is the son of Charles Fisher and Julia Phillipps. He passed away in Largs Bay, South Australia during 1939.

Wanborough married Louisa Isabel Grant in Laura, South Australia on 14 March 1905.^[2] The following marriage notice was published in the South Australian newspaper, The Evening Journal, on 16 March 1905:^[3]

FISHER—GRANT.—On the 14th March, at Laura, by the Rev. T. Vigis, Wanborough, youngest son of the late Charles Fisher, Parkholme, Kent Town, to Louie Isabel, youngest daughter of James M. Grant, Nangwayah, Laura.

Wanborough died in Largs Bay, South Australia on 6 July 1939.^[4] The following death notice was published in the South Australian newspaper, The Chronicle, on 13 July 1939:^[5]

FISHER.—On the 6th July, at his late residence. 24 Musgrave street, Largs Bay, Wanborogh (sic), beloved husband of Louisa Fisher.

Wanborough was buried at the Cheltenham Cemetery in Cheltenham, South Australia.^[6]
