Ann (Forman) Woolhouse was born in Lincolnshire, England.
Ann was baptised in 1818 in Helpringham, Lincolnshire, England. She was the daughter of Edward Forman and Deborah Massingham.[1] In 1841 she lived in Helpringham with her parents.[2]
In 1847 Ann married George Harrison Woolhouse in Boston, Lincolnshire.[3] The family lived on Sincil Dyke Bank in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, by 1851. George was a journeyman wheelwright.[4]
Ann died in 1868 at the age of 48[5] and was buried in Canwick Road cemetery, Lincoln.[6][7]
