Biography

Henry Carol Fowler was born in White County, Arkansas, United States on 12 October 1902.^[1] He was the son of William H Fowler.

He married Bessie Skinner Parker on 25 February 1927 in White County.^[2] She had a son from her first marriage, Charles Lee Parker, and they had a son together, Charles C Fowler.^[3]

He died on 29 April 1980 in White County.^[4] He was buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Judsonia, White County, Arkansas.^[5]
